Natalie Michael is the Managing Partner at CEO Next Chapter, where she guides CEOs through life after leadership and supports C-suite succession planning. A Master Certified CEO Peer Group Leader with Mackay CEO Forums and Tiger 21 Chair, she specializes in executive transitions, peer learning, and founder exits. Natalie is also the author of two books on executive development and serves on the boards of Foundations for Social Change and Wavefront Centre for Accessibility.

With over 20 years of experience in executive development, Natalie’s work spans CEO coaching, talent succession, human capital strategy, & peer learning leadership. From high-growth startups to Fortune 100 companies, Natalie has done it all.

Natalie specializes in helping sitting CEOs orchestrate successful transitions and prepare emerging leaders to take top jobs in their sectors. As a Master Certified CEO Forum Leader with Mackay CEO Forums and Chair of Tiger 21 Vancouver 3, she brings unmatched expertise in peer learning, social purpose leadership, and working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals post-exit. Natalie has led groups having businesses of $10 million to $6 billion in revenue, and she is also the first to launch a Social Purpose CEO forum in Canada.

She has an MA in Organizational Leadership, a BA in Psychology, and over a dozen other coaching certifications, including Co-Active and behavioral coaching. Natalie has received global recognition for her coaching programs implemented across 13 countries, and she is the author of Your CEO Succession Playbook and The Duck and the Butterfly
